We're thrilled to have you be a part of our journey. The Alpenglow Post is possible because of over two decades of friendship and happiness that started the moment we met each other. Those stories of instant friendships and sisterhood? That was us.

We met just before 8th grade at a church activity at a neighbor's home. We sat next to each other as uncoincidentally (naturally) as a flower blooming or the sun setting. We have no doubts it was designed and intended from the beginning of a plan we are still learning and living.

We grew together and experienced so much of our beginning years and monumental life moments together, always having gigantic ideas and no inhibition leading us.

As our lives have changed and flipped and rerouted a thousand times, we've nearly always been together. The core, consistent basis to our friendship? Jesus Christ, joy, completely unhinged shenanigans, and a deep loving trust for one another. 

Now, as we are both in the thick of motherhood, mental and physical health healing, and finding our sparks again, we decided we wanted to share joy and light in a world that is pretty determined to dim any glow it sees.

That is our mission: To bring you a joyful glow each month. To share not only the insightful and uplifting things this world does have to offer, but to spread the light and love of Christ.

No matter where you are in your journey; whether new to this whole adult living (it can be a lot sometimes), or experienced in this crazy thing called life (we look up to you!), or somewhere in between...we can all use a little light, and find our glow.
