A snail mail club is a subscription based mailer that you get in the mail once a month. This envelope comes to your mailbox with a letter, stickers, and other fabulous goodies all designed to help bring tangible happiness and light specifically for you.
When will I get my letter?
We will be sending out our envelopes the first Tuesday of every month. When you will receive your mailer will depend on the post and your location.
What if I need to cancel or change my address?
With your Shopify account, you should be able to edit all pertinent information and cancel subscriptions from there. If that is not working, you can always email us and we will be happy to help you out.
What if I didn't get my letter?
If you have not received your letter by the 15th of the month, please email us and we will get it sorted out.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we are only shipping in the United States. But keep and eye out, we hope to expand.
What is the cut off day to subscribe to get the next month's mailer?
You will need to subscribe by the 21st of each month in order to get that next month's mailer. For example, in order to get August's mailer, you will need to subscribe by July 21st. If not, we will catch you in September's mailer. As always, if you have questions, please email us.
